Well today was warm. You ever hear the words ” Practice what you preach”. I preach to everyone with MS to manage their heat. I did dress for a sunny day but I did not have my cooling vest or a tie. I will not make that mistake again.

I got to see a bunch of my great work friends from the good old days. These are friends to charish. Thanks for believing in me. As well their were new little friends that would brighten anyone’s day.

Great job to the organizers of the event.

I had the TrailRider at the event, talked with lots of people.
