I wheeled up with Winston to receive our Grant cheque I had a smile on my face the whole way. This smile represented  that I was very proud to be an advocate for disability  in the shuswap. Introducing the trail rider  has been very rewarding Thank you to the Shuswap Community Foundation   for all the work that they put into the review process and disbursement of the funds. Thank you to Geoff and Judith Benson Endowment and Robin Jackson Environmental Endowment for helping  to bring adaptable hiking to the Shuswap. Last but not least I need to get people out on the trail rider with volunteer Sherpas. If anyone has a family member that can’t hike a long distance and would like to go for a nice Thanksgiving walk to see the fall colors.
